  1. Start by selecting the ‘book a service’ button on our website and requesting a booking by choosing your location, the service you require, the date and your preferred time.
  2. We then submit your booking request to our Zappzi stylists who will review your request and provide custom bids for you to review.
  3. You can review the prices submitted, learn a little more about each of the stylists and then choose to proceed or not, its completely up to you.
  4. If you would like to book you simply choose the bid from your preferred stylist and make a payment to secure your booking under Zappzi’s Advance Payment Guarantee
  5. Once your booking is confirmed, you simply sit back relax and wait for your hair stylists to arrive.
  6. When your service is delivered Zappzi will release your payment to the Zappzi stylist
  7. You can then leave a Zappzi review

Zappzi stylists are currently available in central London and the surrounding London boroughs. Zappzi stylists can come to your home, office or hotel or wherever you need them, so you don’t have to do the travelling! Simply select the ‘book a service’ button on the website and choose your location and we will confirm availability of stylists in your area. 

Zappzi offers all hairdressing services for women, men and children such as haircuts, blowdries, hair colouring, highlights, updo’s, braiding, beard trimming and more. You can view a list of our services on our ‘Prices’ page. If you would like a service that is not listed, please ‘book a service’ and we can confirm if we can help.

Zappzi hairstylists provide bespoke bids for each booking request. Prices vary depending on which stylist you choose and their experience, their availability, the service chosen and the location of your booking request. The best way to proceed is to select ‘book a service’ and our Zappzi stylists will provide bids for your request, you can then choose to proceed or not, there is no obligation and its totally up to you.

To secure your booking you will need to pay online using PayPal or a credit card of your choice. Payments are taken in advance in accordance with Zappzi’s Advance Payment Guarantee to secure your booking with your preferred stylist. Zappzi will only release your payment after your service has been delivered.

Zappzi’s Advance Payment Guarantee serves as a form of insurance, assuring the buyer that, the advance payment will only be released to the seller (stylist) after the seller has delivered the service. Should the seller fail to deliver the service the advance payment will be refunded to the buyer. You can contact customer service between the hours of 7am and 10pm, 7 days a week by using the live chat functionality at the lower right-hand corner of our website. You can also email us on contact@zappzi.com or complete the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website. We will always respond as quickly as possible.  

  • If you cancel you booking with more than 48 hours notice before your appointment time, we will refund 100% of your booking fee. 
  • If you cancel your booking between 24 hours and 48 hours before your appointment time, we will charge 50% of your total booking fee.  
  • You will be charged in full if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours before your appointment time.

As you start using the Zappzi website, please ensure you refer to our ‘Zappzi Terms of Service’ page, as you will accept all terms when you confirm a Zappzi booking.
